Under the patronage of the President of the University of Shatrah, Prof. Dr. Basim Abdul-Hussein Jarallah, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education – Al-Dawaia,Asst. Prof. Dr. Safaa Hussein Ali, the University Psychological Counselling Unit, in cooperation with the Follow-up Division, held a guidance seminar entitled "Student Discipline Instructions in the Institutions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research" on Thursday, 4 December 2025. The seminar was delivered by Lecturer Dr. Riyadh Dakhil Akal andAssistant Lecturer Ali Kareem Fadhala and Assistant Lecturer Suood Shinyar Khafi. The seminar addressedthe most prominent ministerial instructions and regulations on student conduct on campus, the importance of complying with university regulations, and the role of psychological counselling in promoting a disciplined academic environment that supports the educational process. The workshop then answered many questions raised by the attendees and students. This seminar is part of the University's continuous efforts to consolidate a culture of awareness and responsibility among students and to promote positive interaction within the educational institution.
