The Center for Continuing Education, in cooperation with the Citizens Affairs Division, organized a workshop entitled “Introducing the tasks of the Citizens Affairs Division and explaining the monthly activities form,” with the aim of enhancing knowledge of the approved administrative procedures and tasks and developing work mechanisms.
The workshop was presented by Professor Rabab Jabbar Sakhi, during which she reviewed the most important tasks and duties of the Citizens Affairs Division, the work mechanisms and procedures followed, in addition to providing a detailed explanation on how to fill out the monthly activities form and the mechanism for documenting activities in an accurate and organized manner.
This workshop comes within the framework of the university’s keenness to enhance cooperation and coordination between university formations, raise the level of administrative performance, and consolidate awareness of the approved tasks and procedures, which contributes to improving the quality of work and developing institutional performance.
