Declares the Department of Graduate Affairs at the University of Shatrah, and based on the letter of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research /Research and Development Department/Graduate Department No. (1210-83679) dated 28/7/2026, The second axis/ paragraph (4), which includes the mechanism of rotating seats between universities, about the availability of a number of vacant seats in the open graduate programs at the university, after floating them from the rest of the admission channels, and the remaining seats after the implementation of paragraphs (1) and(2) of the aforementioned letter.
Accordingly, the Department of Graduate Studies invites those wishing to rotate to the vacant seats to review the available seats and apply in accordance with the ministerial controls and instructions in force for the period from Sunday, 16/8/2026 until Wednesday, 19/8/2026.
