Awareness activity to reduce the drug phenomenon and enhance awareness of its dangers

In implementation of the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and under the patronage of the President of the University of Shatrah Prof. Dr. Bassem Abdel Hussein JarallahUnder the supervision and follow-up of the Dean of the College of Education Prof. Dr. Safaa Hussein AliThe psychological counseling unit at the college organized an awareness activity To reduce the phenomenon of drugsThis is part of its efforts to spread health and community awareness among students.

The activity included the distribution of awareness posters and guidance brochures highlighting the serious health, psychological and social effects of drug abuse, and the harm it causes that threatens the individual, family and society, as well as emphasizing the importance of prevention, education and promoting positive behaviors among students.

This activity comes within the framework of the college’s keenness to establish a culture of awareness and social responsibility, and to contribute to building a safe university environment that contributes to protecting young people from the dangers of drugs and their repercussions.
